Common Questions

• My checklist progress disappeared. Checklists are saved to your device for offline use. If you signed out, reinstalled the app, or switched devices, saved progress may not have synced yet. Email us and we'll help you recover it.
• I'm not getting reminder notifications. Check that notifications are enabled for Field Companion in your device's system settings, and that they're turned on from the Profile screen in the app.
• I found an error in a checklist or reference table. Please send it in. Use the Feedback screen in the app (you can attach a screenshot), or email us directly.
• I want to delete my account and data. Email us at the address above with the subject "Delete My Account." See our Privacy Policy for details.
